Zucchini rolls with tomatoes are a true summer treat filled with freshness and tenderness. This dish comes from Russian cuisine, where simplicity and the natural taste of ingredients are valued. Young zucchinis fried to a golden color serve as the base for a juicy filling of cottage cheese, garlic, and aromatic spices. Adding pieces of ripe tomato gives the rolls a pleasant tanginess and juiciness, while a sprig of dill completes the composition with a light herbal accent. These rolls are perfect as a light snack or an addition to the main dish. They delight with their harmonious flavor, combining softness, crispy texture, and creamy tenderness of the filling. They can be served warm or chilled, making them a versatile dish for summer evenings or festive gatherings.
