Preheat the oven to 130 degrees.

Cut the mozzarella into 16 slices, each about 5 mm thick, and evenly distribute them in the center of four fireproof plates. Place the dishes in the oven for about 5 minutes, so the mozzarella becomes moist and soft but does not start to melt.
