In the morning, rinse thoroughly and blend all types of seeds with 2 cups of water and 0.5 cups of fermented cabbage juice.
- Sesame: 2 glasss
- Black sesame seeds: 3 tablespoons
- Flax seeds: 2 tablespoons
- Cabbage juice: 20 ml

Strain through a dense fabric (calico, muslin) placed in a strainer. The strained liquid is amazing probiotic milk.

Now the curd: without removing from this cloth and strainer, add everything you want (for example, a bit of salt, you can grate garlic and mix). Wrap the cloth; to fully cover the cheese on top, place a small weight (like a plate and a jar of water). Leave it on the table for 3 days. The strainer hangs in a deep bowl and does not touch the bottom. After 3 days it can be eaten or stored in the fridge — it can last up to 7-10 days there. And it's a great meal at any time of day.
