Cooking steps

    Blend all ingredients (except for cranberries and pumpkin seeds).

    Required ingredients:
    1. Cashew150 g
    2. Water250 ml
    3. Dry yeast4 tablespoons
    4. Lemon juice3 tablespoons
    5. Olive oil1 tablespoon
    6. Salt to taste
    7. Agar-agar10 g
    8. Garlic1 clove

    Pour into a saucepan (or deep non-stick skillet), cook for 5-10 minutes over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Add chopped cranberries and pumpkin seeds, mix and press into a mold. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    2. Peeled pumpkin seeds to taste
