Blend all ingredients (except for cranberries and pumpkin seeds).
- Cashew: 150 g
- Water: 250 ml
- Dry yeast: 4 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Agar-agar: 10 g
- Garlic: 1 clove

Pour into a saucepan (or deep non-stick skillet), cook for 5-10 minutes over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

Add chopped cranberries and pumpkin seeds, mix and press into a mold. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
