Grate the corn cobs on a coarse grater to extract all the juice. You should get about a cup of creamy corn puree.
- Corn cobs: 5 piece

Boil salted milk. Gradually add corn flour, stirring well to avoid lumps. Cook on low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens.
- Milk: 2 glasss
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Corn flour: 0.5 glass

Mix cream into the thick corn mixture and serve immediately.
