Sweet and spicy snack with cottage cheese, avocado and caramelized pear

Peel the avocado. Make a puree like for guacamole.

Chop the dill.

Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, avocado puree, and dill. Slightly salt.
- Cottage cheese: 250 g
- Sour cream 15%: 3 tablespoons
- Avocado: 1 piece

Cut the pear in half. Do not remove the seeds and veins.

Slice the pear using a mandoline.

Prepare caramel in a pan: pour in sugar, add water. Melt the sugar.

Add chili flakes to the resulting caramel.

Place pear slices in caramel. Hold the pear in caramel over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
