Boiled corn can be found in almost any corner of the world, which makes it a representative of a large international cuisine. For our "Golden Thousand" we decided to film a detailed recipe and show the secrets of making delicious boiled corn.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Remove the silk from the corn, but do not take off the leaves, as they will add extra aroma during cooking.

If the corn is old, it can be soaked in cold water for 3-4 hours beforehand.

Boil water in a large pot.

Cover with a lid. Cook for 1-3 hours, depending on the maturity of the corn. To check readiness, you can lift one kernel with a fork and taste it.

Let the corn sit in the pot covered for another 15 minutes. Clean the cooked corn from the husks.
