Cut the shrimp's head from the bottom with scissors and rinse it under cold water to wash out all the insides. Cut the shell along the back and remove the esophagus.
- Tiger prawns: 3 pieces

Mix vegetable oil with chopped garlic and parsley, heat it in a pan and add the shrimp. Fry for one and a half minutes on each side. Then turn off the heat and leave in the pan for a couple more minutes; the shrimp will finish cooking on the cooling pan.
