Cheese croquettes are a simple snack that will go well with beer, cocktails, or even as a dessert with coffee. It is easy to make cheese croquettes, the main thing is to choose the cheese itself. We recommend using Emmental - it is available almost everywhere, it has a rather bright taste and elastic texture, which, when fried in boiling oil, will give that very viscosity for which we love cheese croquettes.
