Peel and boil the potatoes, mash them into puree, season with grated cheese and finely chopped spicy sausage, add salt, rice flour, diced and pre-dried mozzarella cheese, then add egg yolks.
- Boiled potatoes: 400 g

- Egg yolk: 2 pieces

Mix everything well and shape into desired form croquettes. Gradually squeeze the puree from the bag to form cylinders of 5-7 cm, dip them in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs, repeating this process twice.
