Boil the chicken breast until cooked. Then cut the warm meat into small pieces.

Melt 30 g of butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onion. It's important not to burn the onion, as it will ruin the dish's flavor.

Add walnuts, minced garlic, and stale bread after cutting off the crusts. Fry while stirring for a few minutes.

Add milk and half a glass of chicken broth. Mix well, add salt, pepper, cumin, and finally the chicken meat. Mix well again and remove from heat.
