Mix flour, olive oil, beaten egg, yogurt, yeast, baking powder, sugar and salt until smooth (if the dough is too dry, add water to make it elastic). Knead for 10 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Yogurt: 0.5 glass
- Dry yeast: 2 teaspoons
- Baking powder: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 tablespoon

Place the resulting dough in a plastic container and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Take out the dough, divide it into three parts, and roll out circles with a maximum thickness of 0.5 cm. Then transfer the resulting circles to a pre-greased baking tray.

Grate the cheese, mix it. Spread it over three flatbreads.
