Pumpkin sticks with rosemary are an elegant blend of simplicity and sophistication in Italian cuisine. This recipe harks back to traditional Italian methods of preparing vegetables, where fresh produce is transformed into a flavorful and crispy treat. Thinly sliced pumpkin gains an appetizing golden crust in hot peanut oil, while fresh rosemary and sea salt add refined depth of flavor. A light spiciness from freshly ground black pepper completes the harmony of tastes, creating the perfect snack or side dish for meat and vegetable dishes. These crispy sticks are a great way to enjoy the sweet flavor of pumpkin in a completely new interpretation. Serve hot to fully unveil the aromatic notes of rosemary and the rich taste of roasted pumpkin.
