Unravel the dried aveluk, rinse in warm water, place in a pot with salted water and boil until fully cooked; then drain in a colander, let cool, and chop finely.
- Dried aveluk: 400 g
- Salt: to taste

In a separate pan, sauté finely chopped onion in vegetable oil, add the prepared aveluk, season with pepper, mix, and continue frying for another 5-8 minutes.
- Sunflower oil: 100 ml
- Onion: 200 g
- Dried aveluk: 400 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Soak peeled walnuts in warm water, remove the skin, chop finely and add to the avelluk. It can be served both cold and hot (if served hot, it's better to use melted butter).
