Lingonberry jam is a true treasure of Russian cuisine, filled with the tart freshness of northern berries and refined sweetness. Since ancient times, lingonberries have been a symbol of health and longevity, and the jam made from them is an indispensable treat during the cold winter months. Its taste is unique: a slight sourness harmoniously combines with thick sugar syrup, creating a delightful balance.
