Finns are famous for their marinades, and this recipe reflects their love for simplicity and harmonious taste. Sliced cucumbers are immersed in a rich marinade with apple cider vinegar, mustard seeds, and bay leaves that give the snack a special spiciness. With careful sterilization and proper storage, the cucumbers retain their freshness and crunchiness. These cucumbers pair perfectly with alcoholic beverages and traditional meat dishes.
