Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the zucchini.
- Zucchini: 2 kg

Peel the zucchini and cut it randomly.

Pass the zucchini through a meat grinder.

Add the pressed garlic to them.

Transfer the zucchini puree to a pot, add tomato paste and mayonnaise.
