Dissolve agar-agar in water and blend to avoid lumps.
- Agar-agar: 2 g
- Water: 200 ml

Put sugar in water with agar-agar, add white wine vinegar. Boil the mixture to make syrup for 15 minutes on low heat.
- Sugar: 300 g
- White wine vinegar: 240 ml

Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes.
- Apple: 1 kg

Soak the apples in syrup and cook them for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Apple: 1 kg

When the apples are ready, add mustard to them and mix thoroughly.
- Dijon mustard: 42 g
