Fermented Mango

5 minutes
Fermented mango is an unusual gastronomic experience that combines the freshness of tropical fruits with the spicy aroma of basil. This recipe draws inspiration from traditional fermentation methods used in various cultures to enhance flavors and health benefits. Green mango, with its slight tartness, becomes softer after fermentation and acquires a rich, deeply expressed flavor with hints of sweetness and spice. Adding fresh berries brightens it up, while basil brings herbal freshness. It is perfect as a standalone snack or as an accompaniment to Eastern dishes, salads, and cheeses.
