Cabbage Georgian Style

That same cabbage Georgian style: the leaves are cut in any order (but it's still better if the pieces are larger), then mixed with beets, carrots, chili peppers and garlic. A spicy appetizer that is prepared a day in advance.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Mix water, sugar, and salt, bring to a boil, then remove from heat and add vinegar.
- Water: 1 l
- Sugar: 90 g
- Salt: 12 g
- Vinegar 9%: 250 ml

Clean the cabbage from the top leaves, cut it into large pieces, removing the core.
- White cabbage: 1 piece

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
- Carrot: 1 piece

Also grate the beetroot.
- Beet: 1 piece

Remove the seeds from the pepper and chop it.
- Chili pepper: 1 piece

Chop the garlic as well.

Mix the cabbage with the other vegetables and black pepper

Evenly place them in a jar, pour in the marinade, and close with a lid.

Leave at room temperature for a day, then put in the refrigerator. After 3-5 days, the cabbage will be ready to eat.
