30 minutes
Lavash triangles with cottage cheese and banana filling are a delicate combination of airy cottage cheese and sweet banana softness wrapped in crispy Armenian lavash. This recipe is inspired by Mediterranean culinary traditions where light, healthy dishes hold a special place. Baked to a golden crust, they emit a subtle aroma of vanilla and cinnamon, creating a perfect balance of flavors. The warm filling soaked in the natural sweetness of banana makes these triangles an excellent option for breakfast or a light dessert. Their unique texture—soft inside and crispy outside—turns them into a true gastronomic delight. Serve them with yogurt, honey, or a cup of fragrant tea and enjoy the refined taste of this simple yet exquisite dish.
