Curd and apple soufflé with cinnamon and honey

1 serving

10 minutes

Cottage cheese-apple soufflé with cinnamon and honey is a delicate and aromatic dessert inspired by French culinary tradition. The lightness of the soufflé is achieved thanks to the airy texture of the cottage cheese, which pairs wonderfully with the soft sweetness of baked apple. Honey adds subtle caramel notes while cinnamon brings warm spiciness, making the dessert particularly cozy. This soufflé is perfect for breakfast or a light snack and can be prepared in just a few minutes in the microwave. The flavor is rich yet light, with the natural sweetness of fruits and honey. This dessert not only delights the taste but also offers health benefits—cottage cheese is rich in calcium and protein while apples are packed with vitamins. Enjoy this simple yet elegant dish that creates an atmosphere of comfort and harmony.

  • 6

The soufflé is ready when there are no traces of cheese left on your finger after touching the top of the dessert.
