Baked Pears with Cottage Cheese

Pears baked with cottage cheese are an exquisite dessert of French cuisine, combining the tenderness of the cheese filling and the aromatic sweetness of baked fruits. This recipe is inspired by traditional French desserts where fresh and natural ingredients play a key role. Baked pears become soft and rich, while the cheese mixture with raisins, vanilla, and honey adds refined sweetness and depth of flavor to the dish. Cinnamon complements the composition with warm spicy notes, and walnuts provide a pleasant texture. The dish is perfect for both morning treats and evening tea time. Its light yet rich taste makes it a great choice for those who appreciate gastronomic pleasure without excessive heaviness.
