Soak the raisins in cold water.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

While the raisins are soaking, we put the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
- Cottage cheese: 450 g

We remove the cores from the apples, peel them, and grate them on a coarse grater (or chop finely or blend in a blender).
- Apple: 400 g

Rinse the raisins under warm water and add them to the cottage cheese.

In a bowl with cottage cheese, we break two eggs and add our apples and bran.
