Dietary cottage cheese-chocolate muffins are a delicate and airy treat designed for those who appreciate flavor without compromising their figure. Their history traces back to traditional Russian cuisine, where cottage cheese has always been the base of many desserts. Combined with cocoa powder, natural yogurt, and vanillin, these muffins acquire a subtle chocolate flavor with a pleasant tartness from lemon juice. Topped with muesli, they gain a crunchy texture that complements the softness of the dough. These muffins are perfect for a light breakfast or healthy snack, providing a feeling of fullness and satisfaction without extra calories. They can be served with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee, enjoying every bite of this healthy treat.
