Dessert with jasmine tea is a refined treat infused with the aroma of Chinese traditions. Historically, jasmine tea was valued for its delicate floral bouquet, and its combination with creamy milk creates a harmonious, gentle delight. The dessert has a sophisticated taste: sweet vanilla and the freshness of lime enhance the velvety texture of the cream, while passion fruit and orange add a light tartness and exotic juiciness. The presentation is adorned with lemon balm leaves that add a touch of freshness. This dessert perfectly concludes a meal, reminiscent of traditional Chinese sweets where flavor balance plays a key role. It is suitable for elegant evenings or simply to enjoy the moment when one wants to feel the harmony of the East.
