Pour the chilled 33% fat cream into a pre-chilled bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar and whip the cream to soft peaks.
- Cream 33%: 200 ml
- Powdered sugar: 100 g

Add the cheese 'Mascarpone' to the whipped cream in small portions (1-2 tablespoons) and gently fold from top to bottom until smooth.
- Mascarpone cheese: 500 g

Brew natural coffee, cool it down, and if desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of alcohol (or adjust to taste: less or more).
- Freshly brewed coffee: 400 ml
- Amaretto liqueur: 2 tablespoons

Quickly dip the 'Savoiardi' cookies into the coffee one by one. The cookies get soggy quickly!
- Savoiardi cookies: 200 g

Lay a layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of the dish. If you are making tiramisu in a glass or bowl, it's better to first layer cream at the bottom.

Spread half of the cream on the layer of 'Savoiardi' cookies and distribute it evenly.

Then layer another layer of cookies soaked in coffee on top.

Evenly spread the remaining half of the cream over the entire surface of the cookie.

Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa or grated chocolate on top. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
