For the filling, blend half a large lemon (with skin, pitted) or 1 small lemon with 100 grams of sugar; the filling is ready.

Blend the Hercules without turning it into flour (for about 5-8 seconds), place it in a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients, melt the margarine beforehand, and mix everything well.

- Vegetable oil: 20 ml
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 100 g
