Sift the flour into a bowl, make a small well in the center, and distribute sugar and 0.5 tsp of salt around the edges.
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the bowl.

Pour yeast into the 'well' and add water.
- Dry yeast: 7 g
- Water: 150 ml

Starting from the center, knead the dough to let the flour fall from the edges. Knead for 10 minutes.

Transfer the dough to the table and knead for 1-2 minutes.

Shape the dough into a ball and knead for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat this at least 5 times - the dough should not stick to the unfloured surface.

Knead the dough on the table, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Knead the risen dough again, cut it into 14 pieces. Form balls.

Roll the balls into small flatbreads, gather the edges to the center, leaving the middle free. Cover with a cloth and let sit in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: boil 4 eggs, finely chop the onion, mash the eggs with a fork, mix with the onion, and add salt.

Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each flatbread. Brush the dough with beaten egg.
