Core several washed apples, slice them into 5 mm thick pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with cinnamon;
- Apple: 260 g
- Lemon juice: 10 ml
- Ground cinnamon: 3 g

Mix the sifted flour with baking soda, salt, and sugar;
- Whole grain flour: 110 g
- Rice flour: 40 g
- Soda: 1.5 teaspoon
- Brown sugar: 80 g
- Salt: pinch

Whisk the egg separately, add sour cream to it, and whisk again;

- Sour cream 20%: 225 g

Add the egg and sour cream mixture to the flour and quickly knead the sponge cake dough;

Spread half of the dough on the bottom of the prepared form with a diameter of 18-21 cm, flatten it, and distribute half of the apple slices. Top with the remaining dough and apples;

Place the pie in the oven for about 40 minutes, then cool in the mold, carefully remove it, and dust with powdered sugar.
