Heat 1 cup of milk to room temperature and pour it into a convenient bowl for mixing the dough.

Add milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and instant yeast.

Add 1 egg to the milk mixture.

Melt the butter over low heat and pour it into the milk mixture.

Mix all the ingredients well and knead a soft dough. Place it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Sprinkle some flour to prevent the dough from sticking and carefully shape the dough into a ball.

Roll the dough evenly into a large wide circle no thicker than 1 cm.

Sprinkle the surface of the dough with cinnamon.
