For pancakes: Mix kefir, eggs, flour, salt, and sugar, and whisk lightly. In a cup of boiling water, add 1/2 tsp of baking soda, stir quickly, and pour into the batter, mix, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add 3-4 tbsp of vegetable oil, and mix.
- Kefir: 4 ml
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Wheat flour: 4 glasss
- Sugar: to taste
- Slaked soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Divide the dough into two halves. Add cocoa to one and mix until smooth. There should be no lumps!
- Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons

Fry on medium heat (4-5). Even though you already added vegetable oil to the dough, I added a drop to the pan just in case.
- Yogurt: 0.5 glass

In a blender, mix cottage cheese, banana, and sugar. Whip until thick consistency; it should not come off the spoon. Spread the cream alternately on the pancakes (brown, white, brownish, etc.). The cream should not be too much or too little.
- Cottage cheese: 600 g

At first, it may seem that the cake will be semi-circular, but from time to time, you need to adjust the sides with a spoon. Once all the pancakes are coated with the same cream, spread it on the top and sides.
