Mix the egg and 4 tbsp of sugar, kefir and jam, beat well, add flour and baking soda, and mix again. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Pour into a slow cooker and cook for 50 minutes on the baking mode, checking readiness with a dry toothpick. Flip the cake and bake for another 7-10 minutes for a golden top.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 8 tablespoons
- Kefir: 1 glass
- Jam: 1 glass
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss

For the cream, add semolina and 4 tablespoons of sugar to cold milk, cook the porridge, and cool it down. While blending, add butter, and you can also add fruits and cottage cheese.

Cut the finished cake into 3 layers with a thread and let it cool. Generously spread cream on all layers and the sides of the cake. It's better if the cake sits for a few hours to soak; it will be much softer, but if you make even one cut, you won't get that softness. It's better to wait. Cut into pieces and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving!
