Kiwi pie is a delicate pastry with an exotic touch. It combines airy dough with the aroma of black tea and the gentle sweet-sour freshness of kiwi. European confectioners have long appreciated this fruit for its vibrant flavor and unusual color, turning it into exquisite desserts. The addition of 'tea' milk makes the dough especially soft and rich, while cane sugar gives it a caramel crust. This pie pairs perfectly with a cup of hot tea or coffee, and its fresh taste makes it an excellent choice for summer tea parties. It's not just a dessert; it's a true gastronomic journey that awakens the taste for new discoveries.
