The 'Mazurka' cookie is a simple yet exquisite dessert with European roots that delights with its rich flavor and texture. The name of this treat evokes the traditional Polish dance, symbolizing lightness and festive spirit. In each piece, crunchy walnuts harmoniously blend with the gentle sweetness of raisins, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Eggs and sugar give the dough softness, while a pinch of baking soda makes it airy. 'Mazurka' pairs wonderfully with morning coffee or evening tea time, turning an ordinary day into a cozy gastronomic delight. This dessert requires no complex ingredients, but its simplicity makes it truly homely and soul-warming. Baked to a golden hue, it becomes fragrant and appetizing, awakening pleasant memories of family gatherings.
