Yule log is a festive dessert traditionally made for Christmas in France. Its history roots back to the ancient tradition of burning a wooden log in the hearth as a symbol of warmth and coziness. Later, it transformed into a culinary tradition: a sweet roll soaked in liqueur with an exquisite almond flavor and covered in thick chocolate glaze. The log has a soft and airy texture, and its rich chocolate aroma blends with refined vanilla and almond notes. Perfect for decorating the festive table, it can be customized to create the illusion of a real log. This dessert not only pleases the eye but also provides true gastronomic delight.
