Mix the dry ingredients and spices
- Wheat flour: 450 g
- Baking powder: 1.5 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.8 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
- Nutmeg: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground cloves: 0.3 teaspoon

Beat the butter with sugar and egg
- Butter: 85 g
- Brown sugar: 130 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Add honey, zest, vanillin and mix.
- Transparent honey: 8 tablespoons
- Vanilla sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon

Add dry ingredients to the liquid (add 1 tbsp of water if necessary). Form a ball.
- Wheat flour: 450 g
- Baking powder: 1.5 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.8 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature overnight (at least 2 hours).

Roll the dough into a 4-5 mm thick sheet and cut out cookies.

Bake at 170-180° for 10-15 minutes
