Oatmeal pancake cake with cottage cheese and raspberry cream

Grind the oats into flour using a convenient method (or buy oat flour in advance).
- Oat flakes: 100 g

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the resulting flour, pour in the milk, and mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk.

- Oat flakes: 100 g
- Milk: 1 glass

Bake pancakes on a hot non-stick pan without oil.

For the cream, mix cottage cheese with sour cream and jam. Mash thoroughly to eliminate lumps.
- Fat cottage cheese: 0.8 glass
- Sour cream 20%: 6 teaspoons
- Raspberry jam: 3 teaspoons
