Its flower-like shape makes it not only delicious but also an aesthetically pleasing decoration for the festive table.

1
Dissolve butter in warm milk, then when the milk cools slightly, add yeast, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and poppy seeds, mixing everything. Gradually add flour and baking powder.
- Milk: 250 ml
- Butter: 150 g
- Dry yeast: 11 g
- Sugar: 200 g
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Poppy: 20 g
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Baking powder: 10 g
2
Sift the flour. Knead a soft dough. It's okay if the dough sticks to your hands; adding too much flour will make the baked goods dense. If you add too little, it will spread.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
3
Place the dough in a warm place to rise. It usually takes no more than an hour. When the dough has tripled in size, it can be shaped.
4
Grease your hands and the countertop with a small amount of vegetable oil, roll out the dough. Pour vegetable oil on the dough or grease it with butter.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 150 g
5
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll into a roll. Secure both ends of the roll. It will resemble a bagel.
- Sugar: 200 g
- Cinnamon: 10 g
6
Cut it along the edges. It will turn into a flower. Press the center of each petal to let the layers come out a bit. Let the roll sit for 15 minutes. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
