Boil the rice, then pour warm milk over it and add a vanilla pod.
- Round rice: 100 g
- Milk: 600 ml
- Vanilla pod: 1 piece

When the mixture boils, reduce to low heat and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring frequently.

We add sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Sugar: 50 g

While the pudding cools to room temperature, we whip the cream with a mixer or whisk and add rum.
- Cream: 250 ml
- Rum: 30 ml
