Banana cottage cheese casserole is a delicate and aromatic dish of Russian cuisine, perfect for breakfast or dessert. Its roots trace back to traditional cottage cheese casseroles that have always been popular in Russia due to their ease of preparation and the health benefits of cottage cheese. The addition of bananas gives the casserole softness and a light sweetness, making it even more appetizing. It has a velvety texture and a rich creamy flavor with fruity notes.
