Heat the milk until warm. Separate the egg white from the yolk.

Mix the yeast with milk, yolk, and cardamom.

- Condensed milk: 1 jar

Ice cream: Peel and core the apples, blend them into a puree, pour in the condensed milk and whip. Place in the freezer for 40 minutes. When time is up, whip the cream and add it to the mixture, blend again and put in the freezer for 2 hours. It's better to use sour apples.
