Crescentini is a refined bread delicacy from Italy that conveys the coziness of home cooking and the traditions of the Emilia-Romagna region. These aromatic flatbreads have an airy, slightly crispy texture due to a unique blend of beer yeast, milk, and sparkling water. Their delicate flavor is enhanced by light notes of olive oil, while rosemary adds a touch of zest. In Italy, crescentini are often served with antipasti alongside cured meats, cheeses, and flavorful sauces.
