Eggnog Cookies

Cookies with eggnog are a charming treat filled with warmth and exquisite flavor. This recipe draws inspiration from French cuisine, where the delicate balance of flour, sugar, and egg whites creates a light, airy texture. Eggnog, known since ancient times as a nourishing drink, transforms here into a tender dough that becomes soft inside and slightly crispy outside after baking. The light aroma of nutmeg adds a refined spice to the cookies, making them the perfect complement to morning coffee or evening tea. These cookies can be served warm to enjoy their tenderness or decorated with cream and fruits to create a true culinary masterpiece. They provide coziness and remind one of traditional French patisseries where each item is a small work of art.
