Pour sugar at the bottom of the mold (the recipe calls for a mold with a diameter of 20 cm).
- Fine white sugar: 4 tablespoons

Melt the butter and pour it over the sugar.

Slice the bananas into 0.5 cm thick rounds and place them on top of the butter with sugar.
