Heat the grill pan. Peel the bananas and cut them in half. Fry in the pan until brown spots appear (2-3 minutes), then let cool slightly.

Whip the cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the boiled condensed milk.
- Cream 48%: 200 ml

Arrange the bananas and ice cream balls on plates, and top with a mixture of cream and boiled condensed milk.
