Cheese pie from ready-made puff pastry

This pie is delicious hot or cold. The filling can be anything. For example, mashed potatoes with fried onions, dill and green onions.

Prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, add sour cream, butter, and 1 egg. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Mix well.
- Lightly salted suluguni cheese: 150 g
- Hard cheese: 150 g
- Green onions: 1 bunch
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sour cream 15%: 3 tablespoons
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Sugar: pinch
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Roll out two layers of dough. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place one layer on it. Put the filling in a circle shape on the dough. Cover with the second layer. Press the edges down. Cover with a large plate and cut around it with a rolling cutter for chebureks, leaving 3 centimeters from the filling.
- Yeast-free puff pastry: 400 g

Preheat the oven to 220-240 degrees for gas ovens.

Brush the top of the pie with an egg mixed with salt. Send the pie to the oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake until golden brown. After 15 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 200-210 degrees.
