Dissolve gelatin in water, wait for it to swell, then strain the remaining liquid through a sieve.
- Gelatin: 2 tablespoons
- Water: 1 glass

For milk jelly, boil the milk and add half of the gelatin.
- Skim milk: 2 glasss
- Gelatin: 2 tablespoons

For coffee jelly, brew a cup of weak coffee and mix it with the remaining gelatin.
- Freshly brewed coffee: 1 glass
- Gelatin: 2 tablespoons

Milk jelly, pour into molds, put in the fridge and wait for it to start thickening.

Then pour the brown unset jelly over the white set jelly, creating patterns. Again, place it in the fridge. Once set, serve.

For those who want something sweeter, you can drizzle with condensed milk or sprinkle with grated chocolate when serving. Or make a cup of cocoa or hot chocolate instead of coffee. You can also sprinkle with nuts, drizzle with caramel, and other toppings to your taste.
