Peel half a banana and puree it thoroughly.
- Bananas: 0.5 piece

Add oil, honey, pre-roasted seeds, and spices (optional) to the banana puree.
- Unrefined sunflower oil: 1 tablespoon
- Honey: 100 g
- Sunflower seeds: 220 g
- Sesame seeds: 20 g
- Ground cinnamon: to taste
- Ground nutmeg: to taste
