Sour cream-peach sorbet is a delicate and refreshing dessert that combines the creamy velvet of sour cream with the juicy sweetness of ripe peaches. This recipe recalls traditional Russian fermented milk treats but with a fruity note that adds freshness and summer lightness. The light acidity of lemon juice enhances the flavor of peaches, while sugar balances its richness. The sorbet is perfect as an exquisite treat on a hot day; it can be served as a standalone dessert or complemented with fresh berries and mint for an even more pronounced flavor. With its airy texture and natural ingredients, it becomes a wonderful alternative to classic ice cream.
